Black girl biohacking
Black Girl Biohacking began as both a question and a calling. I wanted to understand what longevity looks like for Black women—not through the lens of mainstream wellness, but through lived experience, science, and self-inquiry. This project grew from that curiosity into a deeper pursuit: creating space for women like us to explore biohacking as a form of agency, not aspiration.
At its core, Black Girl Biohacking is about participation—about women learning to read their own data, track their labs, question what’s been normalized, and rebuild habits rooted in intention. It’s a movement toward balance, control, and self-discovery.
Through videos, research, and community learning, the project aims to reimagine longevity for Black women as something we design ourselves—one intentional choice, one habit, one experiment at a time.
